Percentage Math Trainer

Build confidence with short practice rounds. Every question includes a hint and a complete calculation, so you can learn from the method instead of only seeing whether an answer is right or wrong.

What you will practise

The trainer mixes five common percentage skills: finding a percentage of a number, calculating discounts, working with tips, measuring percentage change and recovering an original value with reverse percentages. Questions are generated for each round, so repeated sessions use different values.

How the levels differ

• Easy uses 10%, 20% and 50% with friendly whole numbers.
• Everyday adds 5% and 25% in practical prices, bills and comparisons.
• Advanced keeps familiar percentage rates but introduces multi-step questions such as successive discounts.

Enter only the number requested. A decimal point or decimal comma is accepted. Small rounding differences are allowed when an answer naturally has more than two decimal places.

After each solution, a short mental-math route shows how familiar rates such as 5%, 10%, 20%, 25% and 50% can often be calculated without a calculator.
